Noah Cyrus has a new song “July,” a folk-infused ballad in which she reflects on the continuous cycle of a toxic relationship. Of the track, Cyrus said it’s her “attempt of letting go and walking away from the baggage,” adding that “even though it’s hard and it hurts, there is something beautiful on the other side.”
